My background in law, including training in arbitration and mediation, shaped how I hold space. I understand power dynamics and can remain neutral when and where needed. I ask questions that shift conversations, without escalating them. And I believe humour has a place, even in serious rooms.

Born in the United States to Dutch and Norwegian parents and raised between Singapore and the Netherlands, I learned early that context matters. This informs the way I listen. Every perspective is a story.
